Discussion Question 13: Delivery of Controlled Substances

 First we know there will be a corpus, and he will die in certain dangerous drugs. Second, he might one of the addicts who used to a famous drug user and ever been a recorded in database as a drug supplier or in fingerprinted arrest file. Referring to a statute of Uniform Controlled Substances Act, "for identifying illegal drug crimes, drafted by a national conference of uniform law commissioners and adopted by the states and the federal government"(Criminal Law, p460). I vote that the defendant was violated on uniform controlled substances act if he was proved having a meeting intention and set for the a knowing drug for exchange; otherwise, he could assumed he was unknown or not informed to purchase, mislead of lure purchase is a fraud  based on following statements.

A controlled substance is a drug that may be possessed or sold only as permitted by state or federal law. "Possession with intent to deliver means a criminal case in which the state presents evidence showing that the accused had possession of a large amount of an illegal drug, meaning more than the accused would personally use" (Criminal Law, p464). A combination of the following evidence, like money, papers, or a cellular phone also will be presented as included having possessed scales. The evidence presented by the government must be sufficient to justify a conclusion by the fact finder that the accused possessed the illegal drug with intent to deliver(Criminal Law, p464).
